I have been going to clinics since...well my first one was a Monte Foreman, actually done by the man himself. I learned about leads so it was a big learning experience for me.
This weekend was the first time, I felt like, I learned "useful techniques" that mattered to how I ride my horse... SINCE that first clinic. Each clinic you pick up something, but Mike Wolfe actually changed the relationship I have with my horse. AND not in a long drawn-out lesson where I felt like a dimwit....but with EASY steps that were and are simple to add to how I ride. If you have a chance to go to a Mike Wolfe clinic, DO IT!!!!!
Thank You Mr. Wolfe

I had a great time in the clinic! Mike was very patient and encouraging. I would recommend this clinic for sure.

Mike,
That was the most wonderful clinic! I learned more than I ever thought. You are a great horseman. Thank you for helping me understand my horse a lot better.

Mike,
I just wanted to write you back & thank you on the job you have done with J.R. I was a little frustrated because he threw me after his training, but I think that was just him trying me, he has only tried us on a few occasions but we stick with your methods to the book & it has prevailed each & every time. I gotta hand it to the big fella because he is a stubborn one, but he has a good heart & I just want to thank you again for the great job you did with him. He is calm, patient and willing to learn. Believe it or not, he will stand for his bridle path to be clipped now which he once thought was the green-eyed monster so...thank you, thank you, thank you.

Dear Mike & Matt,
Mere words cannot sufficiently express my gratitude to you both for what you have done for my horses! You gave me new hope for Dancer when everyone else had given up on him...including me. Through your quiet and non-threatening approach to training, I have seen a new horse begin to emerge from the once anxious and distrusting animal I sent to you. Before Dancer came to you, four different trainers had tried very tactfully to tell me my horse was crazy. Phrases such as "Squirrelly", "has a screw loose", or "I've never seen a horse with his kinds of problems before," left me more and more distraught about the future of my little Morgan horse. And yet, the two of you saw something different in this horse. You saw through all the panic and anxiety attacks, to the horse that he could be someday. You have worked a miracle in this horse and he is now on the road to recovery and a bright future. Thank you for never giving up on him!
In complete contrast to Dancer is my new little guy, Nashville. I know that he will have the best start to his training because he is in your hands. The progress he has shown so far is admirable, but I'm especially pleased that he seems happy and comfortable at all times while you are working with him. What more could any horse owner want?
You are honest, insightful and talented horsemen. You believe in taking your time with each horse and treating each animal as a unique individual. You are trainers with caring hearts for the creatures placed in you care, and you are who I would choose to send any of my horses to without a single reservation. The horse world needs more people like you two!
Gratefully,

Hey Mike,
We just wanted to let you know again and tell you how much we appreciate you and your family. It is hard to find good people in today's world, especially people that you can trust enough to give a part of your family to if only for a little while, and not worry about anything bad happening. You and your family are those kind of people and we are lucky to have found ya'll. Chance did great after we got him home and Lauren and Meaghan had a great time riding him. We're sorry that we missed Matt, but please let him know how much we appreciate him and good luck out West.
Thanks again for everything.
